Beginning September 5, 2023, the City of Lee’s Summit engaged in a Colbern Road expansion project that is anticipated to take until Spring 2025. Currently, the roundabout at the entrance to Unity Village, as well as Colbern Road to the west, is open. Colbern Road east of the Unity Villa Apartments through Douglas Street remains closed for road construction. The Unity campus is accessible through the roundabout from Blue Parkway or 350 Highway.
