Connecting and Coping this Holiday Season December 7th: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm CST Embracing a Different Kind of Holiday Chances are that the upcoming Holiday season is going to be different from the way than you would normally expect. In what ways can you open your mind and heart to embrace new ways of meeting the essence of your expectations? Let’s imagine together how this holiday season can provide its own kind of special memories. December 14th: 10:00 am to 11:30 am CST Holidays Are About Connecting Holidays seem to be a time that our hearts yearn for connections. Yet this year, connecting in the ways you have in the past may not be possible. What are your connection needs? What are some creative ways you can get those needs met? In our time together, we will explore the connections we desire and how to have our desires met with heart-to-heart connections. December 21st: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm CST Strategies for Reducing Holiday Stress As you enter this holiday season are you experiencing stress and/or anxiety? In this small group we will explore matters of the heart and how to choose renewing feelings to replace the depleting feelings of stress and anxiety. Simple strategies, to apply in the moment, can provide you with ways to choose peace this holiday season. Brandon as we explore Hypatia Hasbrouck's The Trip to Bethlehem. We will look at the traditional meanings of the various symbols and characters found in the Christmas story and then see how looking at this event metaphysically leads us on our own journey of transformation. The Tiger's Treasure The Tiger's Treasure.... a fable by Rev. John McLaughlin. This little fable was given to Rev. John by Spirit. It tells us a very simple process to live our lives every day...through our mundane stuff... and it works! This is a "read-and-do" practice!
