SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

All event supplies are the responsibility of the facilitator; please do not use any of the materials or supplies in the used location. All set up and clean up of the location of the is the responsibility of the facilitator, including providing your own refreshment supplies and extended cleaning supplies (rags, soap & vacuum available). Please leave the location better than or as you found it. UVC does not participate in any event preparation unless agreed to prior; special requests to borrow UVC equipment will be considered on a per case basis. Please stay within your reserved areas, guests are not allowed to roam into additional locations. All guests, including children, are the under supervisory care of the facilitator. UVC is not responsible for any mishaps that occur during space reserverations.
