What It Is
The Meditation Practices course facilitated by Dr. Judi Simmon-Estes, LUT covers various meditation techniques, focusing on formal practices like breath awareness and body scans, and informal practices such as mindful eating and walking. These practices are designed to increase awareness, promote relaxation, and help individuals cope with stress by focusing on the present moment and observing thoughts without judgment. The course explores the benefits of different forms of meditation and how to integrate them into daily life.
