Reverend Robert G. Robinson
Lead Minister
Rev. Rob Robinson has served as lead minister of Unity Village Chapel since
January, 2006. Rob graduated from Unity School of Religious Studies in 1987
and was ordained in 1988. He served as senior minister of Unity Christ Church,
Golden Valley, MN for over eight years before joining Renaissance Unity, Warren MI,
as lead minister. Rob has been actively involved in the Association of Unity
Churches International for over 20 years and has served on the board of
trustees. Prior to his call to ministry, Rob worked as a piping supervisor and
in the field of alcohol and drug addiction as a counselor and chaplain.

Reverend Marianne Jones
Pastoral Services Minister
Marianne graduated from the Ministerial Education Program at Unity School of Christianity
in 1987. Prior to entering ministry, she served in Silent Unity for 6 years. Since graduation,
she has served in the Association of Unity Churches as International Children's Education
Consultant, Chaplain as well as Youth and Children's minister at Unity Church of Overland
Park. Marianne joined the ministerial team at Unity Village Chapel in 1997. She resides in
Lee's Summit with her husband, Rev. Gary Jones.

Reverend Gardiner Rapelye, Jr.
Minister of Church Operations
Rev. Gardiner has served Silent Unity since 2001, was the senior minister at Unity of The Hills
in Branson Missouri, 2006-2007, and is an adjunct minister for SpiritPath. Gardiner was ordained
by The Association of Unity Churches International in 2005 and has served the Association as
a founding member of The Worldwide Ambassadors Program and in the development of the Greater
Kansas City Are Unity Churches Relief Ministry, at Unity Temple on The Plaza, 2005.
Rev. Gardiner is a writer with works published in Daily Word, The Independent Magazine,
and his book One Artist's Way, Weidner Press.
Gardiner has been an interior designer for thirty five years with installations
countrywide. His designs have been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Country Living,
Kansas City Homes and Gardens and Kansas City Design.

Francie Potter
Youth & Family Ministry Coordinator
Francie Potter has served in youth education for over 14 years. She has numerous years
of experience as a volunteer in the non-profit world, was a business owner for over
twenty-five years and enjoys working with children. Francie has completed the Unity
Spiritual Education Enrichment program, the Certified Spiritual Educator program,
and is a Licensed Unity Teacher. She and her husband Warren are both on the ministerial
track as students of Unity Institute’s Ministerial & Religious Studies program. They have
four children: Jason, 34; Taby, 16; Jesse, 14; and Grace, 11.

Dolores Schmidt
Sunday Coordinator and Accountant
Dolores has been a volunteer and member of our congregation for 40 years. She has three grown
children and six grandchildren. She is an accountant and has had her own tax and accounting
business for twenty-five years. Besides working in the construction industry as an
accountant, she has been production manager for two of the larger lithographing companies in
the area. Her passions are being in service to her church and spending time with family
and friends.

Myra McNaughton, MSW, LCSW
Heart-Light Spiritual Counselor
Myra is a psychotherapist with 30 years experience in the mental health field. She has worked
with people of all ages, in a wide variety of areas of mental health and wholeness. She has
lectured and taught many Unity classes related to personal growth, ancient wisdom, and spirituality. Myra moved to Missouri in 2006 and is a ministerial student at Unity Institute.
